Davidson Chat Show – Episode 7: Honoring Miss Greco
We are proud to share Episode 7 of the Davidson Chat Show, featuring a very special guest from our school community—fourth grade teacher Ms. Greco, who is retiring this year.
Hosted by students Kendrick and Caliana, this episode highlights Ms. Greco’s inspiring journey in education, which began in 1993 after completing her student teaching. Throughout the conversation, she reflects on what first motivated her to become a teacher, her love for teaching math and the many meaningful relationships she has built with students and colleagues over the years.
Ms. Greco also shares some of her favorite memories, including the joy of reconnecting with former students as adults and being invited to important milestones in their lives. She speaks honestly about the challenges teachers face and the dedication required behind the scenes, even beyond the school year.
As she prepares for retirement, Ms. Greco leaves behind a lasting impact on the Davidson community. We are grateful for her years of commitment, care and passion for teaching.
